Does BharatMatrimony.com represent Indian values?
Taking cue at my lack of social skills, I too (nenu saitam) have decided to create a profile on one of those Indian matrimony sites. Just when you proceed to register an id, you stumble across something which can uniquely only be Indian.
Once you specify your marital status as "Unmarried", the number of children option is immediately diasbled. If you have one, you are also not allowed to say where they live either.
1. Does that mean that www.bharatmatrimony.com disapprove of single men/women having children out of wed lock.
2. Does it mean that they encourage single Indian men/women to not disclose this vital information, just incase they went down the slippery slope of having kids when single?
3. Does it mean that they encourage abstinence to their patrons?
4. Even better, they advocate usage of contraceptives for all single and sundry
5. Why is the after morning pill product NOT present on their list of banner ads
6. Or they are simply in favor of dry humping only?
Anyone care to get back to me with well researched answers?
