Addu cheppade, Umbrella epudoo
I am going to present the two most intelligently picturised telugu songs (ofcourse, according to my opinion), one of which was directed by Suresh Krishna for the movie "Prema" back in 1992, while the other song was done by Chandrasekhar Yeleti for the movie "Aithe". It came as no surprise that lone song from "Aithe" has the director's cut written all over it, but I was truly pleased with the song from "Prema" too.
Song 1: While "Eenade edho jarigindi" was a great hit audio wise, the visual presentation credit goes to the director that he kept up the chirpy-romantic tempo of the song all through. As we know that first lines of a charanam are repeated in some songs, directors would just fill in redundant frames to keep the audience occupied. However, this aspect has been treated with sheer brilliance in this song.
At the end of first vocal of "ningi nela yekam kaaga, ee kshanamilage aagali", he freezes the frame for 2 seconds to affect of "kshanamilaage aagali" and then jumps into a different locale.
When she sings "Suryunimaapi, chandruni aapi, vennela rojanta kaachindi" line for the first time, hero records it and plays it back to her when audience hears it the second time around.

wow, very keen observation. I did't even notice that in eenado, the first line of charanam is repeated.
By the way, eenado is one of my favorite songs. It's rare to see duets composed in "hamsadhwani". Ilayaraja is a genius.
Though I love to hear the song from "Aithe", I did not like the way he picturised it and the way the movie was shot. I obviously missed ur observations on this song...(but im at my office, cant watch it here)
